Grilled Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon coriander or cumin
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 2 pounds bonus skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
  1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together except the chicken. Once mixed add the chicken and stir to coat all sides.
  2. Skewer up your chicken and grill them on the BBQ until done.

This chicken has a very mellow taste. I recommend pairing it with a seasoned rice or atop a green salad.
